What is included in Free?
Free is project memory: add the bot to one Telegram group and it remembers every message and file (up to 100 files), with dashboard access and search. AI actions — questions, file analysis and reports — are not included on Free; they start with Pro.
What happens when I hit a limit?
The bot keeps remembering your messages and files — passive memory is never blocked. Only the paid AI actions pause once you reach your monthly quota, with a prompt to upgrade. Monthly quotas reset on the 1st (UTC).
What is archive import?
Archive import (750⭐, one-off) loads an existing Telegram Desktop export of a chat into your project memory in one go, so the bot has the history from before it joined the group.
Are Stars refundable?
Yes, while the value is unused: if the AI hasn't analyzed or answered anything for a purchase yet, we refund the Stars in full. Once the work is done, it isn't refundable. Refunds go back to your Telegram Stars balance, not to a card.
Is pricing per workspace or per project?
Per workspace. A workspace is your account (the owner who pays) and can hold several projects/groups. Your plan and its monthly limits apply to the whole workspace, shared across its projects — not to each project separately.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and a subscription can be cancelled — access stays until the end of the paid period, then the workspace returns to Free.
